My favorite reality TV moment of the week comes from Love & Marriage: Detroit, when Brandon finally apologizes to Kristina for the countless times he brought up divorce. It’s a moment of vulnerability, as he acknowledges the pain his words have caused and begins the work of rebuilding trust. This candid conversation marked a significant step in their journey toward healing and I was thrilled to see it. Kristina joined me as a guest on my YouTube channel for the most recent Monday Night Live to chat a little more about her relationship. Spotlight on Jesse Lally

Last week, I crowned Jax and Brittany’s explosive argument as my favorite reality TV moment, but this week, the spotlight is on Jesse Lally. Fans were introduced to Jesse last season, and he’s quickly becoming one of the messiest (and most fascinating) cast members in Season 2. What I love about Jesse is his ability to fully lean into his villain era while still standing in his truth - and his stubbornness. It makes him one of the most transparent and compelling characters on the show. Watching him and his soon-to-be ex-wife navigate the messy world of co-parenting? Deliciously cringeworthy. But I’m still holding out hope they find some peaceful common ground.
