My Favorite Reality Moment of the Week:

Porsha and Shamea’s vulnerability on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is hands down my favorite reality TV moment of the week. We’ve watch their bond grow over the years, but this season, their lifelong friendship is clearly being tested. Navigating power dynamics in any relationship is hard - doing it on national television is even harder. As tough as it is to watch, I really respect that they’re being real and facing the conflict head-on. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it’s what makes reality TV worth watching. Bravo ladies!

Today, I’m shining the spotlight on Russell Harris from Love & Marriage: Detroit. This season, Russell opened up with honesty and vulnerability, especially when it came to his relationship with his daughters. His authenticity as a girl dad truly stood out, and I’m so prouf that Kyndelle and Kynsley have such an exceptional father to look up to!
